I have only positive things to say about High Priority Plumbing. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem and communictated effectively.
I have used High Priority Plumbing several times and they always do a great job. They are courteous, on time, the job is done quickly and my results have always been great. In calling their office, I have talked with Brittany, Denise and several others and they have sent out technicians Gabriel, Ronald and another gentleman, all who did the work in a timely fashion and I had no follow up problems with anything they did. As a member of American Home Shield, whenever I have a plumbing problem, I specifically request them to be the ones to come out and take care of the problem. GREAT JOB!

If you are a customer of American Home Shield, please request this plumber instead of the others AHS sends. Some of the others plumbers that were sent were a good tastAHS has sent three other plumbers to my location, and only this plumber was fast, courteous and cost effective.

Retraction From An Error
I wish to apologize to High Priority for a mix up with a report that I gave to American Home Shield. We were denied a cash pay out because of the wording of an invoice written by a High Priority Field Tech. It was written with 2 estimates that read as one. Sorry for the mix up. High Priority have the Best of the Best Field Techs around. American Home Shield reviewed our work order and gave the cash pay out. I am so so sorry for the misunderstanding and I Pray that the Good Lord allow High Priority to know that to me they are an Excellent Choice for any plumbing problem. Thank you and God Bless
Tout the value of your employee Chris. He came to my house to solve a water leak and did so while explaining everything patiently to the owner of the home (me) by phone, making the resolution ofthe problem work that afternoon, and providing a fair price for the service! How he was able to pull that off can only be viewed as magic. He wasnt called in till mid-day because I didnt know I had a problem till then and he was called by my protection plan. I wish my home protection plan was as good as Chris.

Recently I had a plumbing issue in my 1929 house in the basement...not only did Joe Roach help diagnose, but also worked to creatively solve ALL of my issues while having a cheerful and helpful attitude...a pleasure to work with and I will recommend to all! We just had major issues with our sewer line and these guys came out and took a very difficult situation and got us going again. Joe is the man!
I had a bad experience dealing with HP plumbing. The first initial call was to install a hot water heater. Okay, no problem I\'m assuming, so they installed it. My family woke up the next morning with the garage full of water seeping out of the walls, and my front yard was also flooded. I called HP plumbing and they said I had to call my home warranty before they could come out. I did, awaiting authorization, they finally came out by noon, came to the house, said that my problem wasn\'t theirs and left, and they gave my family some unprofessional excuse. I\'m in IRAQ at the moment so I\'m calling to see what\'s going on; nothing, my family had to stay the night in a hotel because we had no water. Now we are awaiting a handyman to come by and purge the system so that we will have water in our house....Never again, if my warranty personnel tells me they are sending HP plumbing to my house again, I will take my chances with a Lowe\'s technician.
Response: Home Warranty Companies require homeowners to contact them directly before a contractor is dispatched to the home. High Priority Plumbing did install the water heater and was later dispatched to check for the leaks. The well pump was diagnosed to be the issue not the water heater. We at High Priority Plumbing always want to provide the best service to our customers. It is disappointing to us that in this case we were not able to do that. If you would allow us another opportunity, we would love to show you that we are a great company who does truly care about our customers. We do sincerely apologize for your experience but given the chance we will work to earn your trust in all of us at High Priority Plumbing.
