We’ve had a frustrating run with plumbers in this area got three quotes, and two of those visits felt like the plumbers were doing us a favor just by showing up, with quotes ranging from $800 to $1,200. was a completely different experience. High priority, plumbing’s price came in well below the others, and they guaranteed satisfaction upfront, promising to make it right if we weren’t happy. The two plumbers who came out were professional and courteous, and walked us through every step of the job as they went. It’s refreshing to find genuinely honest people who take the time to explain what they’re doing instead of rushing through. You don’t have to take chances with shady people who claim they can do the job for a cheaper price my advice is to call High priority, plumbing. Anthony Atkin was outstanding throughout a very stressful plumbing situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that I could understand. What I appreciated most was that he did not rush to conclusions or pressure me into additional work. Instead, he carefully worked through the problem, answered my many questions, and kept me informed throughout the day.

Anthony replaced my main water line and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly. He was respectful of my property, cleaned up after the job, and even took the time to discuss preventative measures and future considerations for my plumbing system. When additional issues were discovered, he continued troubleshooting rather than simply making assumptions, and he was honest about what he knew and what still needed to be confirmed.

As a homeowner dealing with a major leak, I was extremely stressed, but Anthony’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to educate me throughout the process made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

He is one of the best techs I have ever worked work with over the years. He always has a smile and friendly approach to everything and tries genuinely to help you in every way he can.
