High Priority plumbing did a great job repairing a tub faucet that was leaking specifically Dustin…. The were very responsive even in the wake of the recent hurricane. They notified me several times of my appt and were actually able to come the day before scheduled. Dustin was friendly and knowledgeable. He made the repairs in under 30 mins. Very please and would definitely use them again

Top notch service period!! Some companies might send you the name of the Technician coming to service your issue, but High Priority goes a step beyond by providing a photo of the Technician as well.

Tanner arrived and was very personable and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and educated me on what I should be doing differently.

They will now be the company I request for all of my plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with Anthony and Cameron (I hope I spelled his name right)! They came out to assess an outdoor water leak and provide me with a quote on 10/7/26. Anthony was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue clearly. I really appreciated that he gave me several options and walked me through the possible outcomes of each one instead of making me feel pressured into one solution. Cameron was very respectful and was eager to start on the repair, but couldn’t because of the severity of the issue.
Anthony was professional, thorough, and easy to talk to, and the quote I received was very reasonable. I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend both Anthony and Cameron to anyone needing plumbing work or honest, knowledgeable technicians. Great customer service!

On 10/13/26, Anthony and Cameron returned to my home to replace my outdoor water line, and I really appreciate their hard work and professionalism. Our hot water heater literally came a part at the seam. They were quick to respond, and set our expectations on the next steps to replace. They met these expectations every step of the way. Mike was professional and educated us on the proper maintenance of a hit water heater. I’m 62 years old and never knew they were to be flushed and valves checked. We’ll be calling them again in a year for maintenance.

Devin Hufstetler installed my brand-new water heater today, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! He ensured the installation met code requirements, including those for the expanded tank. I also requested a platform for the water heater, and every detail was handled to perfection.

Devin and his colleague were professional, thorough, and attentive to my needs. Before leaving, they made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product and that everything was done right.

Stephen Benjamin was awesome!!!! When yall sent me text asking me to rate, I accidentally did put a 1 and didn’t mean to do that. I meant to do a 5. This guy is very intelligent and very very well mannered. The next time we need work done I will request him.
