Meet your friendly neighborhood plumber.

High Priority Plumbing and Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. We started in 2001 when Brian Simpson began working out of his garage. Having been in the plumbing industry for over 25 years, Brian had a long history of exceptional customer service that has been carried on with our team of plumbers.

As the business grew from our small crew in 2001, we have grown to a commercial and residential plumbing services company covering most of Georgia with offices in Conyers and Savannah. We handle a wide range of plumbing projects from fixing dripping faucets to replacing sump pumps, to finding and repairing water leaks, and to installing water heaters. We also have many Master plumbers on our team who can handle a range of complex plumbing system installations and repairs.

High Priority Plumbing and Services, Inc. is your friendly, neighborhood plumber who you can trust to pay attention to detail when it comes to getting the job done right. review rating 5  John with High Priority was awesome! We had a pipe bust in our home and he came out and fixed it. The best part was he referred SerClean! Michael (SerClean) and his team helped with the insurance process and even helped get a plumbing re-route covered through our homeowners insurance. Thanks for all the teamwork! I couldn’t give a higher recommendation!

  • review rating 5  Great experience with this company. Eric was amazing and went out of his way to provide great service - to include having an obscure part delivered overnight to minimize our suffering without hot water!! Also, the scheduling team was fantastic and very empathetic. Especially Kristie who arranged for me to call her back directly since she was familiar with my particular situation. Very happy with both the professional skills and the customer service experience with this company!!

  • review rating 4  High Priority was sent through my home warranty company and I was highly impressed by Eric. He explained everything and took the time to answer each of my questions. I would definitely be requesting Eric if and when I reach out to HP again.

review rating 5  Eric showed up on time and was able to clear my clogged 4" pipe without having to remove the toilet and use a snake, which in turn saved me a ton of money. He could have easily said he wouldn't try cutting the pipe and let me pay the extra hundreds of dollars to have someone come back and snake the system. However, he was able to cut a section of pipe out, clean out the clogged section, and put back in place in less than an hour. Great work!

review rating 5  He did a awesome job! I was told by another plumber that they were unable to fix the leak in my pipes because of the location, and the truth is it wasn’t unable to be fix it just required more work and know how. Luckily they sent me Eric, he was able to put in the extra work that was needed to fix my problems and didn’t quite until the job was completely done and I was satisfied. I was definitely use them again especially if Eric doing the work!
