I had been suffering with not having hot water on a consistent basis. My water heater was less than 3 years old but I didn’t have enough hot water to take a luxurious long hot shower without the water turning cold. Plumbers had come out twice thinking they had fixed the problem each time the hot water only lasted less than three minutes and turned luke warm or cold. On the third visit Jace Willingham came out and realized that something was wrong and vowed to stay with it until it was fixed and; that’s what he did and I am totally grateful for his service and High Priority Plumbing for sending me someone dedicated to doing a great job.

Great experience overall! Communication was clear and easy, and the technician, David, was super friendly and professional. He fixed my hot water heater quickly (within his control) and did excellent work. Everything was explained well and left clean afterward. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The technician Anthony and his assistant Cameron was prompt, respectful, professional and did a great job. They came out and assessed the situation. He explained the work that needed to be performed on my broken pipe. When they finished they explained what was done to repair the broken pipe. I was very satisfied with him and his assistant

Steven was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and clear in explaining the issues and solutions. He quickly identified what needed to be done and helped move the repairs forward. Based on my experience, he’s easily in the top 1% of vendors I’ve worked with.
