  The service Mike provided on 02/10/19 was just what the doctor ordered. He tried the course of least resistance to begin the search for the problem causing the clogged bathroom. Then after eliminating a few things he was able to get the "snake" to unclog the lines. The day was saved. Excellent service.

  I was able to call and get an appointment the very same day, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My tech Patrick Currie came and quickly diagnosed my issue. He was very detail oriented and made sure he checked all areas affected.

  I need a 6th star! I can't say enough good things about my experience! I had a water main break and initially I thought It was better to call a brand name( Mr. Rooter). Well after they screwed up my service request and gave me the run around for a entire day. I decided to try High Priority. So glad I did! Gabriel came out and access the situation. Thoroughly explained to me all of my options. The price to repair was the same as RR but the price to replace the line was 600 dollars cheaper! They were here 1st thing this morning and done in 2hrs. There was a possibility that they could hit the electrical because it was installed right next to the water pipe. I had to sign a waiver but they got it done with no damages. Gabriel was great and went over and beyond my expectations. Taking time to explain other things concerning my pipes that he really didn't have to. His job was already done. I could go on and on but I think I've made my point. I will be calling them from now on and would recommend them over the bigger companies because they actually care about their customers

  Eric showed up on time and was able to clear my clogged 4" pipe without having to remove the toilet and use a snake, which in turn saved me a ton of money. He could have easily said he wouldn't try cutting the pipe and let me pay the extra hundreds of dollars to have someone come back and snake the system. However, he was able to cut a section of pipe out, clean out the clogged section, and put back in place in less than an hour. Great work!

  Just wanted to take the time to say that Thomas was great. He really had a difficult job to do replacing my water pressure regulator. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend him and this company for your plumbing needs. Thanks again Thomas!

  I met Eric Jenkins of High Priority Plumbing and Services this Christmas Eve needing a water heater replaced. He called a half hour before he was supposed to be here. I appreciate being kept in the loop when someone is supposed to show up. He looked over the area and told me all the things he had to do to install the new water heater. There were code changes and piping configurations that had to be changed as the new unit was a standard size. We had a “Low Boy” style that is not used anymore. He explained every step I needed to know, so I would not have any surprises at the end. I was very impressed with Eric. He went above and beyond in the work he did at my house. I highly recommend him!

  High Priority Plumbing was great from the first phone contact. The scheduler was friendly and accommodating. Evan, the plumber, called before he his arrival, arrived on time, and fixed all our items quickly and efficiently. I would definitely call them again.

  Eric was excellent. Not only was he early but called ahead to ask if that was ok. He was knowledgeable and worked really quickly to replace my dead garbage disposal. Highly recommended.
