We recently experienced an unpleasant situation at our home that required plumbing assistance. High Priority Plumbing assigned Corey as our technician, and what a pleasure it was working with him. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely patient — especially with my wife and all her questions… Lol.

The guy came to the door already prepared to cover his shoes (respecting our floors), was polite, and task focused. He diagnosed and solved my problem (no hot water for 3 days) in about 45 minutes. His visit was covered by my home warranty (by AHS). So, I don’t know what the cost would be for folks not already paying for that. Even then, the welxome team call rep helped me find a way to cover his visit without paying extra. So, I was REALLY happy to get my hot water back.
