Putting customers first is our company’s mission. Part of that mission is recognizing the needs of our customers and looking to meet them with professionalism and compassion. Ryan and Jessica, two of our team members, wanted to share stories where High Priority got to go above and beyond for our customers.
Ryan has been with us for over two years. One job really stood out for him, helping a family that had a child with special needs. “They were having problems getting in and out of the bathtub. We caught wind of it and wanted to do something about it. Get them fixed up,” Ryan said. We installed an ADA-approved handicap-accessible tub for this family. Ryan shared, “It was a pretty challenging job, but nothing’s too big for us. They’re able to use the tub now and with no issues.” Our team is willing to do whatever is necessary to help meet our customers’ needs. Ryan communicated that this was one of his favorite parts of working at High Priority Plumbing, being part of the behind-the-scenes moments of kindness.
Jessica works as a dispatcher, so she is the first person to interact with many of our customers. She remembers receiving a call from an elderly man in his 80s or 90s who was having water heater problems. “He started crying on the phone because he didn’t know how he was gonna be able to pay for his water heater,” Jessica shared. Jessica reassured him that we would find a way to help him manage the expense. She approached upper management and advocated for him to be on a payment plan. The customer was so relieved that he would not be out of pocket for the expense all at once. Ultimately, the customer’s grandson decided to pay for the water heater, but they were both very grateful for our team working with them to solve the financial hardship. “This company will literally go out of their way to help you. And that in itself speaks a lot,” Jessica communicated. Our customers are truly our first priority, so we will meet their needs and help them figure out their finances too.
