High Priority Plumbing and Services is looking for dispatcher to join our team.
Duties:
Serving as the communication point for our customers, vendors and technicians, you will receive requests for service and schedule work orders. You will also monitor the status of technicians, providing them with up-to-date information regarding their schedules and updating customers and vendors as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. You must also be able to multi-task efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment.
Previous dispatch and/or data entry experience is preferred.
Compensation:
Starting hourly pay is dependent upon skills and experience.
Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 8am to 5pm
- Saturday: 8am to 3pm on rotation (typically every 3rd to 4th Saturday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
