From the Manufacturer The Extech TP200 Type K Pipe Clamp Temperature Probe produces a hands-free, super heat and subcooling temperature measurement. The spring-loaded jaw is for a secure grip on pipe from 0.25 inches (6.35mm) to 1.5 inches (38mm) in diameter. This probe is for use with any thermometer or multimeter with a Type K thermocouple input. The measurement range is from -4 to 200°F (-20 to 93°C) with and accuracy of ±3.6°F (1.8°C). The Extech TP200 Type K Pipe Clamp Temperature Probe comes complete with an attached 36 inch (0.9m) cable and a Type K connector.
