Michael Shannon was absolutely amazing. He saw the problem with the leak in my yard. He even showed me how the previous plumber pulled one on me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will be calling High Priority for all my plumbing needs!!!!

High Priority was our assigned service provider through American Homeshield. We had to have our water heater replaced. Sammy Dickinson was very polite, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He did an excellent job and we would have liked to give him 6 stars if we could. Thank you.

Everything was great! The crew that came out was such a good team! Mr. Dee (I guess you can call him the project manager) was just the best! I had just an extremely small problem! I called and the next day they were back to do what needed to be done!
