I had an issue with my garbage disposal. Jimmy May with High Priority Plumbing came to assess the problem. Turned out I need a new disposal. Mr. May was courteous, professional and fast. I am very pleased with the service that was provided. I would definitely use this company again.

My toilet was leaking and needed a replacement part and my bath tub handles needed to be replaced because they were worn out. The toilet was fixed by the first plumber on the first visit. The second plumber on his visit left my home to purchase the correct handle but neither Lowe’ or Home Depot had the handles I needed. However , HPP ordered the correct handles and the technician arrived in a timely fashion and fixed the issue in what appeared to be a few minutes. All 3 of the technicians were professional and very respectful. I would definitely like for HPP to continue to service my the plumbing issues in my home. HP will update you on when the parts arrive at their office. HPP will definitely work with your schedule for installation and will text you the evening prior to remind you of the appointment. The tech will call you when he is in route and state the estimated time of arrival. Meanwhile HPP will text a picture and name of the technician. I truly believe in my brief interaction with HP they believe in doing quality work, customer satisfaction and they believe in maintaining a safe environment for the customer.

I contacted (AHS) for a leaking garbage disposal. The coordinated for High Priorty Plumbing to come out and determine the issue. The seal was bad and it was determined that a replacement was needed. My technician (Lawton) was punctual, courteous and excellent. He replaced the Garbage disposal, cleaned the area and asked it I needed any further assistance. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for excellent customer service! 🙂
