Frank did a great job of troubleshooting a problem with my septic. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and I like the way he communicates. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, and listens to the customer. He was thorough and took a logical step by step approach to properly diagnose the problem without making assumptions or taking shortcuts. I also like the fact that he did not try to add unnecessary services and stayed focused on the issue. His apprentice was very skilled and professional as well. I will definitely be using them again if I have future needs. Wish I would have called them first..

Great service. I had an emergency and they got a truck out to my house in 30 minutes, at the end of day. My guy was very courteous and knew what he was doing.

HPP is a long time provider for my plumbing needs. Had a different plumber for the first time, so I was uncertain how it would turn out. He was excellent. Great personality. Took much time to show every detail of the problems he found and explained in detail each job he performed. A good steady worker that knows his trade.
